This Privacy Policy covers how PowerCCTV Corp., its subsidiaries, and affiliates, including companies recently acquired by PowerCCTV Corp., such as PowerCCTV, DVTEL, Armasight and Prox Dynamics (collectively "PowerCCTV") treat Personal Information (as defined below) that PowerCCTV collects and receives through your use of PowerCCTV websites (collectively the "PowerCCTV Site") and PowerCCTV cloud services (collectively the PowerCCTV "Cloud Services"). By using the PowerCCTV Site or Cloud Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

About your Personal Information

Collection of Personal Information

"Personal Information" is information about you that is personally identifiable, like your name, address, email address or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. PowerCCTV collects Personal Information in a number of circumstances, including under the following circumstances:

PowerCCTV takes precautions to protect our users' information both online and offline. Inside PowerCCTV, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. You also have a significant role in protecting your information. Visiting the PowerCCTV Site and Use of Cookies

PowerCCTV collects information from all users of the PowerCCTV Site, except as described below. What information PowerCCTV collects and how we use it, depends upon your activity on the PowerCCTV Site.

In some instances, we may combine such information with Personal Information. If we do, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information as long as it is combined.

PowerCCTV also collects Personal Information from users of the PowerCCTV Site as described further above.

Protection of Children's Personal Information

The PowerCCTV Site and Cloud Services are not intended for use by any children, including children under the age of thirteen. PowerCCTV does not knowingly collect Personal Information online from children under thirteen. Because PowerCCTV is committed to protecting children's privacy online, use of the PowerCCTV Site and Cloud Services by children under the age of thirteen is prohibited.

Notification of Changes to this Privacy Policy

PowerCCTV may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will also revise the Privacy Policy Version Date at the top of the Privacy Policy. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the PowerCCTV and PowerCCTV Sites. Your continued use of the PowerCCTV or PowerCCTV Sites and Cloud Services after such changes have been posted shall constitute your assent to be bound by these changes.
